All of my corpus reflects the authenticity and uniqueness of my region. The proximity to nature and the rural environment is very present, but also my concerns related to the reality of life outside of major urban centers. My most recent project exposes the region’s fight against urban sprawl and the many consequences that it implies. I present the consequences of this growing phenomenon by confronting and juxtaposing architectural figures of the past with more actual constructions...The use of drawing on my painted surfaces allows me to discover new textures and allows me to explore new possibilities of representations.
