Sarah Lubin (b. 1980) grew up in Cambridge, MA. She received a B.A. in Art History from McGill University in 2001 and then went on to complete a year in Foundation Studies at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. She received an M.A. in Art History from Columbia University in 2005 and an M.F.A. in Painting from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2010. She was recently the recipient of a finalist award from the Massachusetts Cultural Council and her work was featured in New American Paintings in 2018. She currently lives and works in Boston and New York.
